Glad to see this video here. Somewhat related, David Horowitz (Freedom Center) has just produced a 7 min video showcasing how Obama has been the most anti-Israel President ever. I hope this video will go viral.

I'd be wary of Menendez. Very wary. I actually admit to having met him, maybe 20 yrs or so ago. He is one of the most vile partisan liberal extremists you will ever encounter. Not someone you want to know, or can count on. He is no friend to Israel. Only whatever he needs to say to get the jewish vote for his re-election.

This is clearly staged. He's up for re-election next year. This piece will likely show up in his campaign in the upcoming year. You can pretty much bank on that. Menendez is intelligent, very sharp and shrewed. Don't discount him. Each and every word he says is always well thought out in advance. Nothing he says or does is left up to chance. He wouldn't go after the administration like this without some sort of warning in advance. This presentation wouldn't happen without tacit knowledge and/or approval from the administration.

The Obama admin has done it again, speaking though Panetta: They’ve put the onus for peace on Israel while simultaneously blaming her for any violence that may erupt if she attacks Iran. Surreal doesn't even begin to describe the people in power in Washington DC anymore.

Thanks for passing this along. I'd like to believe that Senator Menendez is sincere in his castigation of Obama's pro-Iran policy, but knowing past history makes me a bit wary.

Here's another one for y'all, as if any thinking person who's been paying attention needs any more proof of where Obama stands on Israel and Jews:

Someone wake me up when this nightmare is over. As Melanie Philips said after the 2008 election: America, look what you have done.

Indeed.

For whatever it's worth, the Emergency Committee for Israel just put out a statement regarding some of the points I linked to in prior comments:

Caroline,

Menendez is a smart cookie!
The climate in the US re 2012 Congressional elections is full of calls to throw Democratic and Republican incumbents out and start over. Nobody's happy with the economy or the implosion of Obama's promises and the Occupy people have touched a nerve not unlike the social revolution in the streets of Tel Aviv.
There is little cost and increasing gain in going after Obama from within his own party. Directing Jewish money and support toward an incumbent this year may just give him another 6 in the Senate.
