I'm very interested in the mention of the Jaffa incident (May 2011?) and would like to know more about it. I've found reports of an Arab gang and an Israeli cooperating to fake "rightist" attacks on Arab etc but I wonder if there is more to this.
As it is, the TZ attack is suspicious in this context, since anyone can spray paint a wall and no one has been arrested.
