The Shackled Warrior: Israel and the Global Jihad - With Introduction by R. James Woolsey.
Due to be published in March 2008 by Gefen Publishers. Check website for updates on reviews and cover!
War Footing: 10 Steps America Must Take to Prevail in the War for the Free World - Frank Gaffney et. al., Naval Institute Press, 2006. I'm one of the et. als. I contributed to the chapters on Waging Political Warfare and Defending and Fostering Freedom in the Middle East and its Periphery. The book itself is a tour de force by my boss and colleague Frank Gaffney, President of the Center for Security Policy and a must read for all citizens wondering what they can do to advance the cause of freedom at home and abroad.
Ruah Aheret (Hebrew) (trans. A Different Spirit: The Story of the Struggle and the Protest in the Times of Delusions of Peace, from the Oslo Process to the Oslo War), Yonah Pressburger editor, Am Ve'Ruah Press, 2004. I wrote the chapter describing the diplomatic and political history of the negotiations between Israel and the PLO.
Israel, the Intifadah and the Rule of Law - Israel Ministry of Defense Press, 1993.
I edited and wrote several chapters of this book during my service in the IDF's Military Advocate General's Unit. It was published just two months before the start of the failed Oslo Peace Process with the PLO and so for political reasons, the book was discontinued shortly after its original publications. Researchers eager to read this all encompassing tome which contains massive information on the legal basis for Israel's military actions in the territories should contact the IDF's Military Advocate General's Unit. Copies are no doubt to be found in the library.
